C.A.M.P Rescue was established to help get abandoned, abused, and stray animals into new homes by giving them what they need to thrive in a new environment. Every animal deserves a second chance at life. Our emphasis is placed on animals in shelter situations that are at the end of the road.
C.A.M.P Rescue is run by volunteers who have over 25 years of experience in canine behavior and health. We are a small organization with no paid board members or staff, and we operate 100% on private donations. With our behavior and medical backgrounds, we can rescue dogs that the shelter has little or no resources to work with until adopted out.
Dogs that come from abuse situations or are abandoned not only need rehabilitation with their health but with the psychological needs as well. C.A.M.P Rescue is equipped to do just this. Any animal worked with in the right environment can recover and become an excellent family member.
Our goal is to match the right dog with the right family giving them a new start on life. Abandoned and abused dogs are often misunderstood when they are in a shelter. These dogs need a second chance regardless of breed and the right environment to grow so they can gain trust and be properly evaluated. C.A.M.P Rescue is able to provide this environment to find these dogs their forever homes.
We do keep every dog we committed to until they are placed. For this reason we have a limit to the number we can intake, so help us keep our information on our dogs out there!
